The **BWHSM Hotels (“BWH”) Property Insurance Program** (“Property Program”) launched November 1, 2024. The Property Program is available to Best Western Member properties in the U.S. and Canada and, if applicable, other BWH branded properties (collectively, Properties) that share common ownership (e.g., SureStay, Soft Brands, etc.). This brand-level Property Program provides insurance coverage for fire, wind, flood, earthquake, business income, and other standard coverages, written on a replacement cost basis at the Property level, with a Property deductible of $100,000 per occurrence. Of note, CAT limits for flood and earthquake are aggregated and limits will be shared with all locations on this Property Program; % deductibles apply to high-hazard wind and earthquake.
